Sanni Franssi arrived into Cobdown Park after spending over five years at Real Sociedad, where she made 135 appearances in the Spanish topflight, scoring 35 goals.  

Franssi is an established international footballer, capping over 90 times for Finland, including in the UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 and 2025. 

She brings with her a history of winning domestic titles across Europe, including league triumphs in Finland with PK-35, Italy with Juventus, and Denmark with Fortuna Hjørring.
