When will I receive my tickets? 

Tickets will be dispatched up to 24 hours before the game. If you have not received your ticket by this time, please contact tickets@londoncitylionesses.com
 

I can no longer attend the match; can I get a refund? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for match tickets. 
 

Can I make changes to my retail order? 

Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to accommodate changes. Please contact us to enquire.

Do you ship to my country? 

Currently, we ship to the United Kingdom, United States and mainland Europe. 

Can I trial for the Academy?
We host annual trials for our academy. All information about these will be posted on the academy page.
