When will I receive my tickets? 

Tickets will be dispatched up to 24 hours before the game. If you have not received your ticket by this time, please contact tickets@londoncitylionesses.com
 

I can no longer attend the match; can I get a refund? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for match tickets. 
 

Can I purchase hospitality tickets? 

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer hospitality tickets. General admission tickets are available via our website.
 

When will my shirt pre-order be dispatched? 

We have had unprecedented demand for jerseys in this pre-order phase and are working to fulfil all orders as soon as possible. You can see an update regarding delivery times here.
 

Can I make changes to my retail order? 

Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to accommodate changes. Please contact us to enquire.

Do you ship to my country? 

Currently, we ship to the United Kingdom, United States and mainland Europe. 

Can I trial for the Academy?
We host annual trials for our academy but dates have not been confirmed for 2026. If you’d like to register interest you can do so here.
