WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
BWSL home match tickets typically go on sale around 4 weeks before each fixture. As an LCL Hat-Trick buyer, you'll get a 24-hour Priority Early Access window before General Sale, giving you the first opportunity to lock in your place. When each Priority Early Access window opens, simply log in to your eTicketing account and redeem one of your three match entitlements. Continue doing this throughout the season until you've used all three.

Where can I find information about accessible seating?
Accessible seating, including wheelchair bays and companion seats, is available in key areas of the stadium.

Will I be able to access Blue Badge parking?
Blue Badge spaces are fully booked for next season. You can join the waitlist by filling out this form.
Can I bring a child under the age of 2 to matches?
Children under the age of 2 are permitted entry to the stadium under the following conditions:
A. Valid ticket requirement: all children under 2 years of age must hold a valid match ticket for entry. This ticket must be used with an adult/young adult ticket.
B. No allocated seat: children under 2 will not be allocated a separate seat and must be seated on the lap of a responsible adult, who has a valid ticket.
C. Supervision: children under 2 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst within the stadium and footprint.
D. Health and safety compliance: this policy is in place to ensure compliance with stadium safety regulations.
Please note that under 2’s tickets can only be claimed within our John Fiorini Stand and Glyn Beverley Stand Blocks A and E.

Are London City Lionesses Matchdays family friendly?
Yes, our Matchdays are designed to be welcoming for all ages. We offer a dedicated Family Fanzone with activities for younger fans, plenty of seating options, easy access to food and drink, and a safe, inclusive atmosphere across the stadium. Whether it’s your young person's first match or a day out for the whole family, you’ll feel right at home.
Are tickets from resale websites valid?
No, we strongly advise against purchasing tickets from unofficial third-party websites or resellers. Only tickets bought through our authorised platforms (Ticketmaster at eticketing.co.uk/londoncitylionesses) are valid for entry.
​Do I qualify for a concession Season Ticket?
Yes, if you are:
65+ as of 1st September 2026 (Senior concession)
18–24 as of 1st September 2026 (Young Adult concession)
Can I use my LCL Hat-Trick for Cup games?
No, Cup tickets cannot be redeemed with the LCL Hat-Trick.
