London City Lionesses Academy
Our elite youth development system is designed to identify, develop, and progress young female footballers into the professional women’s game and ultimately the first team. It forms a key part of the club’s long-term strategy to build a sustainable pathway for women’s football in London and the South East.
Talent ID Days are currently taking place ahead of the 26/27 season for current U9-U17 - please express your interest below.
Our Programme
London City Lionesses U21s and U16s compete in the national Professional Game Academy league, taking on the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United.
Our younger squads (U12, U13, U14) participate in the Junior Premier League, a national competition that features the best teams in our region.
The Club takes a holistic approach to development, delivering comprehensive training sessions and workshops regarding player care, education, and sports psychology throughout the season.

The Only PGA in Kent

-
improved performance and recovery infrastructure
These facilities are intended to support both the first team and academy programme and strengthen women-focused sports infrastructure.
