Shanade Hopcroft & Shae Yanez nominated for individual accolades

Shanade Hopcroft and Shae Yanez are in the running for end-of-season awards in the Barclays Women's Championship, the Football Association announced on Tuesday [23 May].

Hopcroft is a Goal of the Season nominee, with her first goal against Birmingham City drawing interest from the selection panel.

Yanez, who left London City for the San Diego Wave last month, is up for the Save of the Season Award, earning recognition for a flying stop away versus Birmingham City in February.
