London City Lionesses appoint Lewis Timms as Head of Business Compliance & Operations


London City Lionesses can announce that Lewis Timms has joined the club as the new Head of Business Compliance & Operations.


Timms brings with him significant experience at high profile professional sporting organisations, covering governance, administration and operations, working for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and Bromley Football Club.


His role at London City will see him responsible for a wide range of operational and administrative duties.


When asked his thoughts on having joined the team, he said:


“I’m delighted to have joined London City Lionesses at an exciting time for the Club.


“The role matches my previous experience whilst offering the opportunity to grow.


“Real progress has been made in recent seasons, both on and off the pitch, and the ambition to be promoted to the WSL was something I wanted to be part of.”


Speaking on the appointment of Timms, Chair, Diane Culligan said:


"We're very happy to have Lewis onboard.


"He brings tremendous experience and will be a real asset to the club as we continue to develop."
