How is the mood in the camp after the late equaliser?

It feels disappointing right now, but we've grown so much over the last few weeks and had lots of really positive spells in the game. We should be proud of that [progress], while learning to manage games better in the future.

In terms of positives, what can you take away from the game?

We've signed lots of good players. Channey [Boye-Hlorkah] has scored two goals in two games and D.C. [Danielle Carter] is such a leader on and off the pitch. We've got a really good team, now it's just about getting on the same page and building that chemistry. We're just going to keep getting better from here.

Is holding onto leads something you'll be working on in training?

We need to improve at holding onto leads, sometimes we drop off too much and invite pressure. We need to be more confident when trying to keep the ball and relaxing in possession. That's probably the main takeaway, but there is also a lot of stuff we can take confidence from.

Paige Satchell debuted versus Reading, how has she been settling in?

Shoutout to Paige, she had a great game. I don't think they expected her to be so direct and have a lot of great plays. We picked her up from New Zealand and she's just come from the World Cup. She seems really happy to be here and is a lovely person off the pitch.
