Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in a London City Lionesses FC (the “Club”) prize draw (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Prize Draw and you will not be eligible to win the Prize.
1. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD: The start date and time for entries to each Prize is Wednesday 18th March 2026 at 20:00PM (the “Start Date”). The closing date and time for each entry to the prize draw is 10:00AM GMT on Friday 20th March 2026 (“Closing Date”). Entries to any prize draw received after the applicable closing date will not be entered into the applicable prize draw. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the prize draw.
2. TO ENTER the Prize Draw, you need to fill in the above online registration form (the “Form”) with information in the required fields. No purchase is required to enter but you will require email and internet access to enter the Prize Draw. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Prize Draw.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open to all UK residents [aged 18 years] or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
4. If you are under 18, consent must be obtained from a parent or guardian prior to entry and the parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Winners may be required to supply a completed parental/legal guardian consent form to claim their Prize.
5. PRIZE: Selected winners will receive one of 25 pairs of general admission tickets to London City Lionesses vs Chelsea Football Club in the Barclays Women’s Super League on 21/03/2026 (12:00PM Kick-off). (“Prize(s)”)
6. All Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Where applicable to the Prize(s) or parts of the Prize(s), https://www.londoncitylionesses.com/ticket-t-c-s shall apply.
7. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
8. SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner(s) for each Prize Draw will be picked at random from all eligible entries received between the applicable Start Date and Closing Date.
9. The Winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on entry within 24 hours of the Closing Date. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm details for delivery of the Prize within 14 days, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible and correct entries.
10. Unless otherwise notified by the Club the prize must be collected from a designated point (Millwall Ticket Office) on the day of the game.
11. The Club must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Club will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails admin@londoncitylionesses.com or writes to Cobdown Park, Station Road, Ditton, Aylesford, Kent, ME20 6AU (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Club. In such circumstances, the Club must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. The Club reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Club its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Club, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Club’s Privacy Policy https://www.londoncitylionesses.com/privacy-policy.
16. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
