These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in a London City Lionesses FC (the “Club”) prize draw (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Prize Draw and you will not be eligible to win the Prize.  

 

1. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD: The start date and time (the “midday (12:00pm) on Monday 5th January 2026.”)  for entries to each Prize Draw is the date from which the Prize Draw is live on the Club’s website at www.londoncitylionesses.com (“Website”)  The closing date and time for entries to each Prize Draw is as advertised on the Website (“midday (12:00pm) on Monday 19th January 2026”).  Entries to any Prize Draw received after the applicable Closing Date will not be entered into the applicable Prize Draw. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw. 

 

1. TO ENTER: To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete and submit the online entry form available at https://www.londoncitylionesses.com/ecomp26 during the Prize Draw Period. No purchase is required to enter but you will require email and internet access to enter the Prize Draw. Norefund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Prize Draw. 

 

1. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Club, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. 

 

1. PRIZE: The prize(s) in respect of each Prize Draw shall be as advertised on the Website one (1) Eder Maestre signed Home London City Lionesses shirt). 

 

1. All Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Prize is a signed item and is awarded “as is”; no guarantee is given as to future condition or value. Where applicable https://www.londoncitylionesses.com/ticket-t-c-s shall apply. 

 

1. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s). 

 

1. SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner(s) for each Prize Draw will be picked at random from all eligible entries received between the applicable Start Date and Closing Date. 

 

1. The Winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on entry within 72 hours of the Closing Date. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm details for delivery of the Prize within 14 days, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible and correct entries. 

1. Unless otherwise notified by the Club the Prize will be sent to the winner by post within 7 days of the Club receiving confirmation of the winner’s delivery address details. 

1. The Club must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Club will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails help@londoncitylionesses.com or writes to London City Lionesses, K Sports Cobdown, Aylesford, England, ME20 6AU (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Club. In such circumstances, the Club must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

1. The Club reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 

1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Club its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Club, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Club’s Privacy Policy https://www.londoncitylionesses.com/privacy-policy.

1.  These Terms and Conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
