Competition T&Cs
This competition (the "Competition") is operated by LCL Sports Group Limited, which owns and operates the London City Lionesses (the "Promoter").

The Competition is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Promoter and each of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (the "Released Parties"), as well as any immediate family member of an employee of a Released Party, are not eligible to participate in the Competition or win any prizes under it.

The Competition is void where prohibited by law.
To participate in the Competition, entrants must:

Complete the Schools Competition Form available at www.londoncitylionesses.com/SchoolsCompetition.

After submitting the form, entrants will receive a promo code via email to book free tickets. They must then book their tickets and attend the London City Lionesses vs Sheffield United match on Sunday, 23rd March 2025 at Hayes Lane, Bromley, 2:00 PM Kickoff. The schools with the highest number of attendees on the day will win.

Submit the form and attend the match with the highest number of attendees representing their school.

No payment of monies is necessary to enter the Competition.

The Competition opens on the day of the match (23rd March 2025) and closes at kickoff (2:00 PM).

Entries submitted after the Competition Closing Time will not be considered.

Winners will be selected based on the largest turnout of attendees representing their school at the match.

The school with the highest turnout will receive £500 in PE funding.

The next 5 schools with the highest turnouts will receive £200 each in PE funding.

Winners will be notified via the main School Admin email address associated with the school name provided on the entry form, on Monday, 24th March 2025.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

The following prizes will be awarded:

£500 PE funding for the school with the highest turnout.

£200 PE funding for the next 5 schools with the highest turnouts.

The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has attempted to tamper with the Competition process or is in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries due to technical, electronic, or human errors, including failures in internet service providers, mobile networks, or other systems.

By entering the Competition, entrants agree that their personal data will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Competition.

Any personal information submitted will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s [Privacy Policy], which can be found at www.londoncitylionesses.com/SchoolsCompetitionTerms.

By entering the Competition, entrants and their guest(s) agree that the Promoter may use their photographs and videos for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The Released Parties shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in the Competition, including but not limited to the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Competition for any reason.

If terminated, the Promoter may, at its discretion, select winners from all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to termination.

The Competition, these Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By submitting an entry, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
