Vote Shanade: Hopcroft nominated for Barclays Women's Championship Player of the Month

Shanade Hopcroft has been nominated for the Barclays Women’s Championship Player of the Month Award.

The 25-year-old scored three times in two league appearances last month, helping London City Lionesses rise to the top of the table.

“It feels really good,” Hopcroft said after she netted a hat-trick versus Birmingham City on 6 November. “Not only to get the three goals for myself, but to get the three points as a team. That’s the most important thing really. We’re ecstatic.”
