Rofiat Imuran joins Aston Villa

London City Lionesses can confirm that defender Rofiat Imuran has joined Aston Villa on a permanent transfer.

Imuran joined the club in October 2024 and was a key figure in London City’s Barclays Women’s Super League 2 triumph in 2025, performing consistently at left-back. 

The Nigeria international made 13 appearances across all competitions in the club’s maiden top-flight campaign last season and departs having featured 31 times in London City colours.
