Public Consultation Events for Cobdown Park

Following our update in January 2025, we are pleased to announce dates for public consultation on our plans for investment in new world-class training facilities at Cobdown Park.

As we prepare a detailed planning application for the site, we are keen to hear feedback from the community prior to submitting the plans to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council for consideration later this summer. 

We have started work to upgrade one of the pitches to enable the First Team to start training for the WSL new season in July and are keen to build on this with a new world-class training centre that can support both the success of London City’s elite team, and the growth of the grassroots game in Kent and beyond.

The plans will include a range of on and off-site community benefits including managed community access to a new 3G pitch, outreach programmes and local partnerships to promote inclusivity in football.

On Thursday 22nd May you can view the proposals on site at Cobdown Park, ME20 6AU, from 4pm - 8pm

On Monday 2nd June you can view the proposals at Ditton Community Centre, ME20 6AH from 3pm-7pm
