The WSL season is finally here - ALL eyes are on London City.
Kicking off the 2026/27 WSL season, London City Lionesses will welcome Manchester United to the CopperJax Community Stadium for the opener on Friday 4th September 2026, kicking off at 7pm.
The opener under the lights is finally here, the season everyone has been waiting for.

LDN CITY AFTER DARK
The fun doesn’t stop after the final whistle. We are hosting LDN City After Dark in Broomfield's once the match is over. Our party is 18+ and first come first served. We will have live music with our DJ and live saxophone, happy hour drinks, free tooth gems at our tooth gem bar and capture it all with our digital cameras scattered around the venue. It’s going to be a post-match party you won’t want to miss!

Snacks and family-friendly options
You can enjoy a drink in the stands due to our participation in the expanded Fan Choice & Alcohol in the Bowl trial for the 2025/26 season, giving supporters the option to consume alcohol in view of the pitch at selected fixtures, including this fixture. Alcohol is available from 11am, but only alcohol bought on-site can be consumed in the bowl. Supporters can provide feedback on the trial by filling out our matchday survey, which will be sent out after the final whistle on Sunday.
Merchandise & matchday extras
This is your first chance to see London City players play in the new 2026/27 Nike Home kit. If you’d like to get your hands on 2026/27 Replica Kit, you can make a purchase on matchday.
Just head to the Retail Area, inside Broomfields Studio, where our friendly team will be able to help you. You’ll also be able to find other club merchandise.
You can also claim your exclusive London City Lionesses bucket hat when you spend £60 or more in store, when you use your Mastercard.
Stay after the final whistle and welcome our new players properly.

FAQs
I require a wheelchair bay, what advice can you provide? There are eight wheelchair bays, with accompanying seats, in the Glyn Beverly Stand. If you need assistance, our stewards and permanent staff will be happy to help.
Can I bring my dog? Yes! Dogs are welcome but must stay on a lead and we also recommend when buying a ticket to get a standing allocation (unless they’re service animals). Please note: dogs aren’t allowed inside Broomfield's Bar & Kitchen
Can I park at the stadium? There is no parking on site for matchdays. For travel information, visit our website below.
What size bags are permitted inside the stadium? Bags sized A4 or smaller are permitted into the stadium and will be searched on entry. If you bring a bag larger than A4, you may be refused entry.
Can I drink alcohol in the view of the pitch? Yes, you can drink alcohol in the stands at London City Lionesses home matches, following the conclusion of the WSL Fan Choice Trial. This reflects our commitment to a fan first approach, offering choice, flexibility and a progressive step in line with supporter feedback. For each game, there will also be a designated alcohol – free section.
Where is the Copperjax Community Stadium and how do I get there? The Copperjax Community Stadium is situated in the London Borough of Bromley, with handy public transport links. If you’re travelling by train, head to Bromley South – the station is only a short walk or quick bus journey from the stadium. Directions to the stadium can be found here.
When does the stadium open? If you’re an early bird, Broomfield's Bar & Kitchen opens from 10am on matchdays. The fan zone opens 2 hours before kick- off. The turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off.
What happens in the Fanzone? The Fanzone is the best place to start your London City matchday, featuring a range of activities and interactive games. The fanzone changes with every game so be sure to check it out each time you visit!
