Celebrate Our Final Home Game by Nominating a Bromley Community Hero

As we prepare to wrap up our first unforgettable season at Hayes Lane, we want to take a moment to celebrate the beating heart of Bromley — you.

At London City Lionesses, we believe football is more than what happens on the pitch. It’s about community, connection, and championing those who make a difference. So, for our final home fixture of the season on Sunday 27 April, we’re turning the spotlight on local legends.

We’re inviting our fans to nominate a Bromley-based non-profit community group for the chance to win £1,000 to support their incredible work.

Whether it’s a youth club changing young lives, a grassroots team bringing people together, a creative collective sparking joy, or a support network offering a lifeline — we want to hear about them.

How It Works:

  1. Nominate your chosen group using the form on our website – it only takes a minute.

  2. Join us at Hayes Lane on 27 April, where the top three nominated groups will be invited to attend.

  3. Vote live on the day to crown the winner of the £1,000 prize!

Let’s fill the stands and give back to the community that’s backed us all season. Because this is more than football — it’s a celebration of everything we’ve built together, from grassroots to goalposts.

Nomination Criteria:

  • Non-profit and voluntary

  • Based in (or delivering at least 50% of activities in) the London Borough of Bromley

  • Not politically affiliated or operating for private profit

So, who will you nominate? Submit your nomination before Thursday 24 April 2025 and be part of something special

Let’s show what community really means.

Let’s pack the stadium.

Let’s back our Borough of Bromley.
