MATCH DAY EXPERIENCE SURVEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

This competition (the "Competition") is operated by LCL Sports Group Limited, which owns and operates the London City Lionesses (the "Promoter").

The Competition is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Promoter and each of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (the "Released Parties"), as well as any immediate family member of an employee of a Released Party, are not eligible to participate in the Competition or win any prizes under it. The Competition is void to any entrants outside of the United Kingdom and where such entry is prohibited by law.

To participate in the Competition, entrants must complete the Matchday feedback form, either by:

1. Clicking on a survey link from an email sent from London City Lionesses after a home match

2. Scanning a QR code at a London City Lionesses home match

Entries into the Competition must be received between 4:00 PM on 16th February 2025 and 12.59 PM on 4th May 2025 (the "Competition Period"). Entries submitted outside of this period will be void. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

One winner will be randomly selected at the end of the Competition Period to receive:

• A free 2025/26 London City Lionesses Season Ticket

The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided in their entry form. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
 

• All entries become the property of the Promoter.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.

• The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant it believes has attempted to tamper with the Competition process or is in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• The Released Parties are not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries due to technical, electronic, or human errors, including but not limited to failures in internet service providers, mobile networks, or other systems.
   

By entering the Competition, entrants agree that their personal data will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Competition. Any personal information submitted by entrants will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be found [here].
 

By entering the Competition, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name, city of residence, photograph, voice, or likeness for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
 

The Released Parties shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in the Competition, including but not limited to the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
 

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Competition for any reason. If terminated, the Promoter may, at its discretion, select a winner from all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the event that necessitated termination.
 

The Competition, these Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
