Tinaya Alexander

Tinaya Alexander arrived at Princes Park in the wake of a standout collegiate career and at the peak of her powers as a tricky, flight-footed winger.

“Tinaya has a wealth of experience, having played in the United States, France, and England," said Nicola Williams. "She is a really exciting attacking player, who we will try to get on the ball as much as possible.”

Before entering the senior ranks, Alexander played four seasons in the NCAA with Louisianna State University, for whom she amassed 74 goals and 22 assists in 81 appearances.

The Englishwoman’s performances were recognised ahead of the 2022 NWSL Draft, which saw the Washington Spirit select her with the fourteenth overall pick.

Transfers to Montpellier, Reading, and London City followed for the Berkshire-born forward.
