Michele Kang
Owner & Chairperson
Michele Kang is a trailblazing businesswoman and investor dedicated to advancing women's sports across the globe. As the first woman of color to own a National Women's Soccer League team, the Washington Spirit, and the majority owner of OL Lyonnes and London City Lionesses, Kang continues to set new standards across the industry. In 2024, she launched Kynisca, the first multi-team global organization focused on professionalizing women's football, demonstrating its long-term commercial viability and cultural impact.
Since launching Kynisca, Michele has made multiple impactful investments and donations in the women’s sports ecosystem, including teams like USA Women’s Rugby, U.S. Soccer and organizations reinventing the blueprint for equipment like IDA Sports.
Michele has been recognized as a Power Player in Women’s Sports by Sports Business Journal and one of the 50 Most Influential Figures in Sports by Sports Illustrated. She is also deeply committed to philanthropy, supporting American veterans and the arts through her roles on the boards of the Washington National Opera, the Blair House Foundation, The Society of the Four Arts, and the University of Chicago. She holds degrees from the University of Chicago and the Yale School of Management.

Ronald Thompson joined London City Lionesses from Brighton & Hove Albion in July 2023. Thompson carries a wealth of experience from two decades at the Football Association and was promoted to his current position in April 2024.
Natalie Curtis
Director of Operations
Natalie Curtis joined London City Lionesses as Academy Manager in July 2023, leading the Club's PGA through its inaugural season. Curtis, who previously spent eight years at the Kent Football Association, was promoted to Director of Operations in April 2024.

Jocelyn Prêcheur
First-Team Head Coach
Jocelyn Prêcheur joined London City Lionesses from Paris Saint-Germain in July 2024, where he won the Coupe de France and reached the Champions League semi-finals just months earlier. In his first season in a managerial role, Prêcheur led Jiangsu Suning to a clean sweep of China's four domestic trophies.
