Nigeria international Rofiat Imuran joined the club in October 2024 on a three-year contract, after two successful seasons with Reims, where she made 27 league appearances and scored seven goals while helping the club finish in the French Première Ligue’s top six. 

A dynamic, left-footed defender known for her pace, attacking instincts, and versatility on the left flank, Imuran made a seamless transition into the London City setup. She became a key figure in our BWSL2 triumph, and slotted into the left-back role superbly after Emma Mukandi suffered an injury at Bristol City – with her contributions recognised as she picked up the ‘Most Developed Player’ award at the end of the season.
