Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

 

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in a London City Lionesses (“Club”) x Mastercard Ticket Incentive prize draw (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Prize Draw, and you will not be eligibleto win the Prize.

 

1. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD: The start date and time for entries to each Prize Draw is the date and time from which tickets (each a “Ticket”) for the relevant WSL home match are available to purchase on the Club’s website (“Website”)  at www.londoncitylionesses.com (the “Start Date”).  The closing date and time for entries to each Prize Draw is either (i) 23.59 on the Thursday immediately before a Sunday fixture; or (ii) 23.59 on the Wednesday immediately before a Saturday fixture (“Closing Date”).  Entries to any Prize Draw received after the applicable Closing Date will not be entered into the applicable Prize Draw. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
    

2. TO          ENTER: To             enter the                 Prize        Draw, you               need        to go to the Website during the Prize Draw Period and use your Mastercard to purchase at least one (1) Ticket. Only a purchase using a valid Mastercard shall be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw. Only ticket purchases for WSL home matches are eligible. Each eligible Ticket purchased using a valid Mastercard will constitute one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.  
    

3. No additional purchase is required to enter, but you will require email and internet access to enter the Prize Draw. No refundmay be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Prize Draw.
    

4. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over who hold a valid Mastercard, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 
    

5. PRIZE: Selected winners will take part in a private Q&A with three players after the relevant match (players to be chosen at the Club’s discretion) and have the chance to capture the moment and get autographs, as more particularly described on the Website (“Prize(s)”)                

6. All Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Where applicable to the Prize(s) or parts of the Prize(s), https://www.londoncitylionesses.com/ticket-t-c-s shall apply.
    

7. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
    

8. SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner(s) for each Prize Draw will be picked at random by an automated computer process from all eligible entries received between the applicable Start Date and Closing Date.
    

9. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on entry within 24 hours of the Closing Date. If the winnercannot be contacted to confirm details before the relevant match day, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible and correct entries.
    

10. The Club must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Club will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails admin@londoncitylionesses.com  or writes to the Ticketing Department at the address below (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Club. In such circumstances, the Club must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
     

11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
     

12. The Club reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
     

13. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Club its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Club, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
     

14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Club’s Privacy Policy https://www.londoncitylionesses.com/privacy-policy. 
     

15. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
     

16. The promoter of this Prize Draw is LCL Sports Group Limited (t/a London City Lionesses FC) of First Floor K Sports Cobdown, Ditton, Aylesford, England, ME20 6AU.
