Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

 

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in a London City Lionesses FC (the “Club”) prize draw (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Prize Draw and you will not be eligible to win a Prize.

 

1. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD

The start date and time for entries is 11th May 2026 at 09:00AM (the “Start Date”). The closing date and time is 23:59PM GMT on 30th June 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

 

2. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Prize Draw, you must purchase a London City Lionesses 2026/27 season ticket using a valid Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid card. One (1) entry into the prize draw will be automatically allocated upon completion of a qualifying purchase. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred in connection with entering the prize draw. Purchase of a season ticket is subject to the club’s standard ticketing terms and conditions, available at https://www.londoncitylionesses.com/ticket-t-c-s

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to all entrants aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. The Club reserves the right to request proof of age from any entrant, and any entry found to be from a person under the age of 18 will be disqualified.

4. PRIZES

The Prize Draw operates across three tiers. Prizes are awarded for the 2026/2027 London City Lionesses season only. The prizes are as follows:

Gold Tier - 10 Winners                                        

 

Prize: One (1) signed London City Lionesses replica home shirt, signed by majority (12+) of the first-team squad for the 2026/2027 season.

Silver Tier - 100 Winners

 

Prize: One (1) £5 food and beverage voucher valid for use at every home Barclay's Women's Super League game during the 2026/2027 season. Vouchers can be used at food and beverage outlets at the CopperJax Community Stadium. Vouchers are non-transferable and will expire at the end of the 2026/2027 season. No replacement will be issued for unused vouchers.

Bronze Tier - Up to 1,000 Winners

 

Prize: One (1) £5 food and beverage voucher valid for use at one (1) of the first three (3) home  Barclay’s Women’s Super League games of the 2026/2027 season. Vouchers can be used at food and beverage outlets at the CopperJax Community Stadium. Vouchers are non-transferable and will expire after the third home WSL game of the season. No replacement will be issued for unused vouchers.

 

All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Food and beverage vouchers are subject to availability and venue terms. Where applicable, https://www.londoncitylionesses.com/ticket-t-c-s shall apply.

 

All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).

 

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Winners for each prize tier will be picked at random from all eligible entries received between the Start Date and the Closing Date. The number of winners for each tier is as set out in Section 4 above.

 

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on entry within 24 hours of the Closing Date to confirm their delivery address or voucher redemption details. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of being notified, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

 

6. PRIZE DELIVERY

Signed shirts (Gold Tier) will be dispatched to the winner via post to the postal address provided by the winner. Food and beverage vouchers (Silver and Bronze Tiers) will be delivered as part of season ticket packs or as otherwise communicated to winners. The Club accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

 

7. PUBLICATION OF WINNERS

The Club must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Club will send the surname and county of gold tier prize winners (those receiving a signed replica shirt) and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails admin@londoncitylionesses.com or writes to Cobdown Park, Station Road, Ditton, Aylesford, Kent, ME20 6AU (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date.

 

If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Club. The Club must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

 

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Club reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

3. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Club, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Club, its agents or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, including contacting winners and arranging prize delivery. This data will be retained for no longer than three months following the Closing Date, after which it will be securely deleted, unless otherwise required by law. 5. These Terms and Conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrant to this promotion wishes to take court proceedings, they must do so within the courts of the United Kingdom.
