Profile
Shortly after arriving, Hillyerd suffered a knee injury in a pre-season friendly that would keep her sidelined for the best part of two years. Three surgeries later, she marked her long-awaited return against FC Twente in pre-season, showcasing her resilience, discipline, and determination.
With fantastic potential, and her incredible hard work and character apparent throughout a tough two-years at London City, Sophie Hillyerd signed a new contract ahead of our debut WSL season.
