Sofia Jakobsson departs London City

Sofia Jakobsson leaves London City Lionesses after a mutual agreement to terminate her contract.

The Swede made 22 appearances for London City during her time with the club, scoring four goals and charting seven assists.

She was a huge part of our title-winning season last year, as we won promotion to the Barclays Women’s Super League, involved in 8 goals in the league, including a crucial winner against Newcastle in the final run-in.
