London City Lionesses can confirm that goalkeeper Emily Orman has joined Wolverhampton Wanderers on a season-long loan.

The 23-year-old heads to the midlands to link up with the newly-promoted Barclays Women’s Super League Two outfit.
A key member of the London City squad to earn promotion to the top-flight in 2025, she made 21 appearances that term, with 18 of those coming in the BWSL 2. Orman was a key part of a defence that went unbeaten in the league from early November until the end of the season.
Injury ruled her out of the early part of London City’s 2025/26 season.
Prior to her arrival at the CopperJax Stadium, Orman built up a wealth of professional and international experience, with loan spells at Crystal Palace (2021-22) and Reading (2023-24) whilst playing for England at U17, U19 and U23 levels. A Chelsea academy graduate, Orman was part of the Blues’ squad during their historic league and cup double.
Everyone at London City wishes Emily all the best and we look forward to watching her progress.
