Grace Moloney

In Grace Moloney, London City Lionesses have a confident goalkeeper whose reputation is built on brilliant saves and world-class distribution.

After almost a decade in the Barclays Women’s Super League with childhood club Reading, Moloney joined the Pride in August 2023 and made an immediate impact.

“Grace is so important for us,” London City head coach Carolina Morace told reporters earlier this season.

“She is one of the best goalkeepers I have seen throughout my career – and I have coached internationally. She’s really, really good – which is why we tried everything during the transfer window to make sure that she joined… we’re very glad that she did."

Moloney has been a mainstay for the Republic of Ireland in recent years and was included in the Girls in Green’s roster for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
