London City Lionesses are seeking a First Team Analyst to work with the management team on a full-time basis and a First Team Goalkeeping Assistant to support the development of the club’s goalkeepers.

London City Lionesses are seeking a First Team Analyst to work with the management team on a full-time basis. This role will suit a highly committed team player, who has a deep passion for analysis, understanding its role and value to the team.

Job Role
The candidate will be responsible for the following (but not limited to) team and individual analysis:
- Filming Training/Matches
- Advanced Coding
- Individual Match Reports
- Individual Player Analysis (position specific)
- Team Post-Match Analysis
- Opposition Analysis
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working as a football analyst in a team environment (pro/semi-pro)
- Highly proficient in performance analysis software & statistical analysis platforms
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Numbers & Keynote/Powerpoint
- Excellent time management
- Effective communicator
- Strong work ethic & attention to detail
- Creative thinker
Preferred
- Football coaching qualifications
- Performance Analysis academic qualifications

Job Role
The candidate will be responsible for the following (but not limited to) team and individual performance:
- Coach and develop first team goalkeepers in accordance with the club’s playing philosophy
- Individual player development planning for all London City Lionesses goalkeepers
- Statistical performance analysis of first team goalkeepers
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a team environment (pro/semi-pro), developing successful goalkeepers from youth to senior level
- Ability to measure and plan load in session planning, in line with team training schedule
- Strong IT skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong work ethic & attention to detail
Preferred
- UEFA A Goalkeeping License
- Previous coaching experience working with elite level women’s footballers
