Agility Life Sciences are kindly sponsoring our number 9, Rianna Jarrett and number 10, Lily Agg. Agility Life Sciences has been investing in girls' and women's football since 2020 and we are delighted to sponsor Lily and Rianna. Through our Girls in Football Teams (GIFT) grants we aim to ensure that girls and women have the chance to learn skills for sport, but also for life and leadership. Over the last two years, our GIFT grants have funded 32 clubs around the UK. Moving forwards, from our #FootballFamily of 32 clubs, we have selected 6 that we will continue to fund. Our "Super Six" will receive £2,000 per year for the next 5 years to increase female participation within the clubs at all levels, from players to coaches, managers and referees, all the way through to Board positions. Our wonderful Head of Purpose, Freya Anglin-Liiv, will also be supporting the clubs on strategy, financial planning and access to further external funding.

Lionesses staff and players can now benefit from working with UEL staff and students across a whole range of disciplines including video performance analysis, sport psychology, strength and conditioning, sport nutrition, sport physiology, sport biomechanics, while the Club will also collaborate and provide placements to students as well as supporting research projects around coaching/PE, physical activity for those with specific health conditions and sport rehabilitation.
