About the Role

We are looking for an individual to manage all Football Association and league licencing requirements and oversee all football operations requirements including matchdays.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level of equivalent,

  • Business acument with experience in a general business management role, ideally within a sports club environment,

  • Experience of development and delivering strategy,

  • Experience of grant application processes,

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful and strong strategic relationships,

  • Strong IT and project management skills,

  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and independent travel,

  • Empathy and commitment to long-term development of the women's game.
