I played for Iran U19 and U21 National team in the Asian Cup and the FIFA Youth Championship. I studied Sports science while I was playing football. I had an early retirement due to personal circumstances and then decided to pursue my education. I moved to the UK in 2011 to do my MSc Strength and Conditioning at the University of Greenwich. After the MSc, I had an offer from the university to do a PhD. While I was doing my PhD I started working and coaching at Millwall Lionesses in 2014 and also for the RTC in 2015. The license for the Championship competition was then transferred to London city Lionesses. I am also a senior lecturer and program leader at the University of East London. LCL is an innovative organization.
"I believe our facility and schedule are the best in our league and even better than some of the WSL clubs. I am looking forward to the new season."
